The Subdivision Regulations for the City of Riley, Kansas, as recommended by the Riley Planning Commission, meet the conditions for adoption prescribed in K.S.A. 12-749 and are hereby adopted. The Subdivision Regulations shall constitute the basis for determination of land development procedures within the Zoning Jurisdiction of the City of Riley, Kansas.
