There is hereby incorporated by reference, for the purpose of regulating and managing floodplains within the corporate limits of the City of Riley, Kansas, a “Floodplain Management Ordinance,” with any amendments described hereinafter. No fewer than three (3) copies of said Floodplain Management Ordinance shall be marked “Official Copy as adopted by Ordinance No. 1262” and filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours.

Said regulations have subsequently been amended by Ordinance No. 1521.
