The Zoning Regulations for the City of Riley, Kansas, as recommended by the Riley Planning Commission, meet the conditions for adoption prescribed in K.S.A. 12-749 and are hereby adopted. The Zoning Regulations shall constitute the basis for determination of land development procedures within the Zoning Jurisdiction of the City of Riley, Kansas.

Said zoning regulations have been subsequently amended by the ordinances enumerated in the history of this code section.
